This is the question which everyone (or most of them) ask that why they got the fat on their stomach (or the belly area.)

More calories you intake, the more of the fat you are set to receive.
However, it is in your genetics to define which area of your body receives more fat and you cannot really control it (to stop receiving the fat.)
Taking a lot of sweets/sugar and the beverages lately and noticed the increase in fat just around the stomach?
Definitely they are the extreme form of producing the fat in stomach and belly to shape it as a jiggling bowl.
Because when you touch it or shake it a little with just a gentle push, your belly will just start shaking and vibrating.
That means you are just an excessive amount of fat already built up in your belly.
And if that is what you do — stay inactive for longer hours.
Now moving and taking the walk right after the meals then be ready to store the fat in your stomach.
