I’ve been waiting for several days for a response to my ticket regarding a fraudulent order. As a Seller Plus member, I was assured a reply within 5 hours. This delay is entirely unacceptable, and I require an immediate resolution.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION
My Order is cancelled even I got Five Star review from buyer. Buyer need extra work in inbox . Because I was in other things. And She complaint to Fiverr and they cancelled the order. After a long conversation. I got my money back and reputation fixed.

 

Customer SUPPORT Worst training
First of all , forget about human reponse. all support is handled by useless bots. Which even don’t the basic of fiverr. They don’t know the difference between the conversation happen during order and conversation in inbox.

Blame Game
Support is always ready to blame you and pressurize you. They don’t even listen to you. Because they are bots and bots won’t listen to you.

 

Useless keyword Research Tool
Useless and crap tools for keyword research is provided in Premium packages. Even if you use these keywords. I will not make any difference.

 

Useless  Coupons
I don’t need coupons. I need proper support. I need orders. You have blocked my flow of order Even I completed more than 2000 orders with average 4.9 star rating.
