5.Sports to Avoid
You will have to avoid taking part in any kind of sports, such as, basketball, tennis, baseball, cricket, and you will be able to resume playing all these sports after one and a half month of your surgery.
You should take advice from the doctor when you are considering to take part in any kind of sports. Moreover, other sports like hockey, football needs to be avoided for almost two months because of the nature of the sport.
By the week two after your surgery, you can start swimming or water related exercises without weakening or harming your abdominal muscles.
